Shipping policy

At Total Simulators, we’re committed to delivering your simulator equipment quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently Shipping: United States only.

  • Future Plans: We’re working to add more countries — updates will be posted here.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

  • Flat Rate $5 shipping for orders under $50.

  • All shipping costs are shown at checkout — no hidden fees.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST are processed same day.

  • Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.

  • Special-order or custom products may require additional time (we’ll notify you before shipping).


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues.


5. Carriers & Tracking

  • Trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Tracking info is emailed when your order ships.

  • All shipments are insured for loss or damage.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of packaging & items.

Lost:

  • Verify address, check with neighbors, then contact us.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to replace or refund.

Missing Items:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send missing items or issue a refund.


7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.

  • Returned orders can be reshipped; additional charges may apply.


8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
